Olajumoke (Jummy) grew up in a small town near Chicago, IL and attended Loyola University Chicago where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Cellular Neuroscience. She then attended Indiana University School of Medicine where she discovered her love for pediatric neurology.

In her free time, she loves to binge watch her favorite TV shows, read, and explore new places with friends. She is excited to explore cozy places to read at local parks, take walks with friends throughout different neighborhoods, and try new foods throughout Nashville!

Erin had wanted to be a doctor since she was little, and she attended the University of South Carolina, Greenville, for medical school, where she first became interested in the field of child neurology.

In her free time, she loves cooking, playing tennis and pickleball, and exploring new restaurants and bars with her fiancé, Crawford.

Kamal is a Texan through and through. Growing up in Southlake, a suburb of Dallas, Texas, his passion for medicine began at an early age. He started pursuing medicine through his high school’s medical academy and furthered his studies at The University of Texas at Austin (The real UT). After receiving his Bachelor’s in Science and Arts in Biology, he began medical school in Houston where he gained a passion for medical education and mentorship. Kamal is fascinated by the field of neurology as he sees the brain as “the last frontier of the human body.” He currently has an interest in pediatric epilepsy surgery.

In his free time, you can find Kamal watching or playing any sport. He is extremely excited to live in Nashville so he can unplug and go hiking and camping with his dog, Maple.

Isabelle was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and is excited to now live in Nashville! Upon completion of high school, Isabelle entered a six-year BS/MD program. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Biology from Youngstown State University and her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). Additionally, during medical school, Isabelle earned her Master of Arts in Medical Ethics and Humanities from NEOMED. While she always dreamed of becoming a pediatrician, she concurrently fell in love with the field of neurology in medical school.

In her free time, she loves running, spending time outside, and trying new restaurants and foods from different cultures. She is always in close touch with her younger twin siblings and her twin sister, who pursuing a career in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Harris' research interests center around improving clinical outcomes for children with end-stage heart failure. Dr. Harris provides cardiac care to patients with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) in our neuromuscular multidisciplinary clinic. She is actively involved in the Advanced Cardiac Therapies Improving Outcomes Network (ACTION), an international quality improvement initiative related to VAD, advanced heart failure, and muscular dystrophy outcomes.
