Research Information

Dr. Iglesia is a quadruple board certified allergist-immunologist (additional certifications in internal medicine, pediatrics, and preventive medicine) with experience in clinical and health services research. He is a co-investigator in Vanderbilt’s site of the NIH-sponsored multi-center Consortium of Food Allergy Research (CoFAR) and collaborates with other providers and investigators to improve health care delivery to individuals with, and at risk of, allergic disease (including primary prevention of food allergy). He also is involved in trainee education with interests in quality improvement, effective health communication, shared-decision making, and diagnostic reasoning.
