Adam grew up as the oldest of five children in Provo, Utah. Throughout childhood, he enjoyed skiing and playing basketball and baseball in organized sports leagues and against his younger brother (nothing beats a little family competition). After graduating from high school, Adam took a two-year break from college to serve a volunteer mission for his church in southern Japan. He then returned home to continue his education at Brigham Young University, where he majored in microbiology with a minor in family life. While at BYU, he met his wife, Shea, whom he married in June of 2018. Adam then attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock where he solidified his interest in pediatrics and had his first two children, Hadley and Jackson.

In his free time, Adam enjoys being active and spending time with his family. He particularly enjoys playing at the park with his kids, playing or watching sports, hiking, and snow skiing.

Devan was born and raised just outside of Burlington, Vermont with her super amazing three siblings. She attended Northeastern University in Boston where she studied chemistry and played club lacrosse. After graduating, she spent three years exploring different careers and different cities before deciding to pursue medicine in Virginia. She began medical school with a pocket full of stickers so no one was surprised when she chose to specialize in pediatrics. She is incredibly excited to call Nashville home and her very talented, musician/luthier husband is even more excited.

In her free time, Devan loves all things related to Formula One, exploring breweries and coffee shops, and fostering her love/hate relationship with running.

Anna is a born and raised Nashvillian (yes, we exist!). She ventured out of Tennessee for her undergraduate degree and attended Wake Forest University, where she studied Health and Exercise Science with a minor in Chemistry. She then returned to Nashville and worked at VUMC for two years as a clinical research assistant before starting medical school at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. During medical school, she developed and pursued an interest in medical education, which she hopes to continue during residency.

Outside of medicine, Anna enjoys cooking, cuddling with her cat, listening to podcasts, attending local trivia nights, supporting the Tennessee Titans and Nashville Predators, and trying new restaurants and wines with her husband. Her Spotify Wrapped is usually dominated by Taylor Swift and Broadway show tunes. Above all, Anna values spending quality time with her family and friends.

Divya grew up primarily in Carmel, Indiana. She attended Indiana University in Bloomington where she studied Human Biology and stayed in Indiana for medical school. While she was in college, her parents moved to Nolensville, Tennessee, and Divya came to love the Nashville area through visits home. While in medical school, Divya became interested in the education and prevention aspects of medicine which furthered her interest in Pediatrics. She did volunteer work with underserved communities and gender expansive youth which she hopes to continue in residency. She is currently interested in being a primary care pediatrician.

Outside of medicine, Divya enjoys doing amateur art projects, going for walks, and exploring popular foodie spots.

Callie grew up in Birmingham, Alabama. She graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in biomedical sciences. In undergrad, she taught eighth graders through AmeriCorps; through this experience, she became interested in education. Her family moved to Houston, Texas a few years ago, and she stayed for medical school at UT Houston. After participating in the Case Files Student Editorial Board and STEP 1 mentor program at McGovern Medical School, she now sees academic medicine as a part of her future career and hopes to continue working closely with students. She chose pediatrics because of the emphasis on education, working with families, and preventive medicine.

In her free time, she likes to take walks with her twin sister, practice calligraphy, and try new restaurants with family and friends.

Molly was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She attended college at the University of Wisconsin in Madison where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology and Psychology. Molly has always loved working with children and families, and working part-time at a daycare center during her last two years of college was one of her favorite experiences! After graduating, Molly worked as a clinical research coordinator in Milwaukee for a year before starting medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

In her free time, Molly enjoys hiking and being outside (preferably in the sun), traveling, card/board games, TV/movie nights, and spending time with her family and dog (a black lab named Indy).

Abby was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. She graduated from Saint Louis University with a major in Biology and minor in Health Care Ethics. She spent two years after college working as a scribe in adult and pediatric emergency departments and had a blast helping with youth ministry. Medical school brought her back to the Midwest to attend Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska where her interest in Global Health deepened. Pediatrics has been her passion since childhood, and she is excited to be a third-generation pediatrician.

Outside of medicine, Abby enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, baking, and traveling to visit family and friends.

Meaghan grew up in Round Rock, Texas and completed her undergraduate education at the University of North Texas. She studied biology and chemistry and competed on the university swim team for four years with her identical twin sister. During the summer months, she coached kids how to swim, which fostered her interest in working with children. She continued her education in Texas and received her medical degree at the Anne Burnett Marion School of Medicine at Texas Christian University (also known as the TCU SOM). She was a part of the first class to graduate from the TCU SOM! Throughout medical school, her passion for pediatrics grew as she had many opportunities to advocate for child safety in the community and engage in pediatric oncology research.

During her free time, Meaghan enjoys doing anything active- running, swimming, hiking, and going to the gym. She is excited to explore new hiking and running trails in Nashville. She also loves to travel to new places, bake sweet treats (and eat, of course), and spend time with her family and friends.

Allie was born and raised in Homer Glen, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. She attended Butler University in Indianapolis where she obtained her PharmD degree. While collaborating with pediatricians, she was deeply inspired by their fierce advocacy for their patients and felt compelled to follow in their footsteps. Allie then attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland for medical school, where her commitment to pediatrics and interest in working with children and their families continued to grow. Allie is absolutely thrilled to be part of the Vanderbilt family and is excited to live in Nashville with her high school sweetheart and husband, Connor, and their two young children.

Outside of medicine, Allie enjoys spending time outdoors, cheering for the Chicago Cubs, and finding new coffee shops or restaurants to try.

Sabrina grew up in the Houston-area suburb of League City, Texas. She attended the University of Texas at Austin for college where she majored in Biology and received certifications in Pre-Health Professions and Business Foundations. During undergrad, her extracurricular activities included all-girl collegiate cheerleading (Hook ‘Em Horns!), hospital volunteering, NICU shadowing, and working at a private medical practice. She attended the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley School of Medicine in Edinburg, Texas. During medical school, Sabrina pursued her passion for pediatrics and had a multitude of involvements - engaging in free clinic work for underserved RGV colonia populations, community-based health projects, research projects, and medical school admissions. Her career interests include pediatric global health, research, and medical education.

Outside of medicine, Sabrina loves spending time with family and friends. She enjoys traveling and exploring, working out in group fitness classes, listening to podcasts, and going to local coffeeshops.
