Jordan grew up most of his life in the suburbs of Pennsylvania. He then went to study biology at Penn State. During this time, Jordan developed an interest in teaching, laboratory research, and pediatrics. Directly after college, he went to Chicago for medical school at Northwestern. At Northwestern, he further developed his love for pediatrics, and he took a research year to do projects in oncology and genetics. Jordan plans to practice as a pediatric subspecialist and continue to do work in translational research, mentorship, and medical education.
Jordan’s favorite hobby is weightlifting, and he also enjoys watching classic and foreign films. He listens to various genres of music and was excited to move to Nashville to explore the local music scene and to see the Johnny Cash Museum.
