Cat grew up in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin (Wis-KAHN-sin), a small town one hour north of Milwaukee. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for undergrad where she majored in Nutritional Sciences and Global Health. Following undergrad, Cat worked as an Emergency Department Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics before moving to Chicago to work as a clinical research coordinator at Rush in the Department of Orthopedics. She was able to return back to Madison for medical school, spending four more years going to the Madison farmer’s market, cheering on the Badgers at Camp Randall, and exploring the amazing restaurant scene in Madison. Cat enjoys spending time outside biking, golfing, or grabbing a drink on a patio, and is always looking for friends to watch Packer games with her! Cat is excited to live in Nashville with her husband and high school sweetheart, Brendan, and is honored to be a part of the Vanderbilt family.
