Vanderbilt Neonatal Clinical Repository: The Vanderbilt Neonatal Clinical Repository (VNCR) is linked to Synthetic Derivative and contains curated data on over 15,000 NICU patients. Many these records contain Whole Exome or Genome Wide DNA data.
Human Infant Lung Repository (housed within the Biodevelopmental Origins of Lung Disease [BOLD] Center): containing more than 300 fixed lung samples from neonatal and pediatric lungs in varying stages of lung injury and normal development.
The BOLD Center also maintains a laboratory website with searchable and interactive data explorers of single-cell and spatial omics resources and has more than 200 unique visitors per month from around the world.
Mother-Baby Database: Largest linked EHR-based clinical database of ~80,000 mother-infant dyads with deep clinical phenotyping including placental pathology and medication exposures. Here is a recent paper leveraging this resource published in JAMA Network Open.

Precision Medicine in Pediatric Cardiology (PMPC) Cohort
The PMPC cohort includes over 3,000 children who have undergone surgery for congenital heart disease at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. Post-operative outcomes are contained in an extensive study database and all have DNA samples, most with existing genome-wide data. For more information, contact pedsprecisionmedicine@vumc.org.
