Amber was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. She completed her BS in Nutrition as well as her medical school training at the University of Florida (Go Gators).

During residency, Amber has had special interests in medical education/mentorship (at the undergraduate, medical student, and junior resident level), research, and new resident recruitment. She will be sticking around for her epilepsy fellowship in 2024.

In her free time, Amber enjoys exercising, exploring new places and festivals around Nashville with her husband and son, and watching softball and hockey.
