Amber was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. She moved to Gainesville where she completed her BS in Nutrition. She became a double-Gator when she started medical school at the University of Florida. Amber discovered her passion for child neurology during her third year of medical school. Her favorite rotations were Neurology and Pediatrics, so she tried an elective in Child Neurology and found it combined all the aspects she loved in both fields and more.

In her free time, Amber enjoys exercising, exploring new places with her husband and new son, and watching softball and hockey.
