Sabrina grew up in the Houston-area suburb of League City, Texas. She attended the University of Texas at Austin for college where she majored in Biology and received certifications in Pre-Health Professions and Business Foundations. During undergrad, her extracurricular activities included all-girl collegiate cheerleading (Hook ‘Em Horns!), hospital volunteering, NICU shadowing, and working at a private medical practice. She attended the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley School of Medicine in Edinburg, Texas. During medical school, Sabrina pursued her passion for pediatrics and had a multitude of involvements - engaging in free clinic work for underserved RGV colonia populations, community-based health projects, research projects, and medical school admissions. Her career interests include pediatric global health, research, and medical education.

Outside of medicine, Sabrina loves spending time with family and friends. She enjoys traveling and exploring, working out in group fitness classes, listening to podcasts, and going to local coffeeshops.
