Christina grew up in Richmond, Virginia. She attended Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) and graduated with a B.S. in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise. She stayed in Blacksburg, VA to attend medical school at VCOM. Christina left the mid-Atlantic for an adventure in New England where she completed her Pediatrics Residency at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. Her medical interests include perinatal counseling, neonatal nutrition, and various lung pathologies.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their pup, Pippa, exploring outdoors, discovering great restaurants, cooking new recipes, and listening to live music.
