Research Information

Dr. Andrew Sokolow is a pediatric pulmonologist with clinical and research interests focused on cystic fibrosis (CF) with particular interest in Staph Aureus, which has led to collaborative efforts with his colleagues in the department of pediatric infectious disease. This collaboration has led to work in vaccine research with the Vanderbilt Vaccine Research Program (VVRP) through the NIAID Vaccine and Treatment Evaluation Unit (VTEU). In addition to his work in CF and infectious disease, Dr. Sokolow has also contributed to research surrounding quality improvement and therapeutic updates in Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
